Luma Album brings printed photographs to life by recognising a linked photo and playing its video in augmented reality.

Contact Support

Email kalyankumar.yenuga@gmail.com. Include the email address used in Luma Album, your device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Verification Code Help

• Confirm that the email matches the address used when the frame was gifted.
• Check spam or junk folders and wait a few minutes before requesting another code.
• Use only the newest code because earlier codes may no longer be valid.

Photo Recognition Help

• Allow camera access when prompted.
• Use even lighting and avoid glare across the printed photograph.
• Keep the entire photograph visible while Luma Album recognises it.
• Ask the sender to confirm that the photo/video mapping is active.

Video Help

• Confirm the phone has an internet connection.
• Turn up media volume and check that Silent Mode is not muting playback.
• Use Refresh in the app if a newly linked video does not appear.

Delete Your Account

In the mobile app, sign in, select Account, then choose Delete account. In the dashboard, use Delete account in the top-right controls. This permanently removes the account and content owned by it.
